Microsoft 365 Copilot uses the Microsoft Entra ID identity of the signed-in user. Argus Archive applies the same role-based permissions used within the archive before returning communications.
Recordings, transcripts, metadata and audit history remain within Argus Archive. Microsoft 365 Copilot retrieves information when required, but the archive remains the authoritative system of record.
