What is AI-powered search?
It finds recorded calls by what was meant, not only by the exact words used, and lets you ask questions about them in plain language. Argus Archive combines semantic search, keyword search and Argus AI in one place.
What is the difference between keyword and semantic search?
Keyword search finds the exact words you type. Semantic search finds calls that say the same thing in different words. You can use either, or both together.
Can I chat with my call recordings?
Yes. Argus AI answers questions about your archive in plain language, and every answer links to the calls behind it.
Does it work in Microsoft 365 Copilot?
Yes. The Argus Archive agent lets people ask about their calls from Copilot, and your Argus permissions still apply.
Can Argus AI see calls I am not allowed to see?
No. Argus AI only answers from the calls your role lets you see.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Your calls are used to answer your questions and nothing else.

How long does setup take?
