Unlocking Insights with Voice Transcription
Argus Archive turns voice into searchable transcripts, helping compliance teams boost efficiency, reduce risk, and meet regulations.
Speech-to-text Transcription
Argus Archive transcribes recorded calls and meetings, labels who said what, and keeps each transcript with its recording, ready to search, review or ask Argus AI about.

A transcript is how you find, understand and check every call, without listening to it end to end.
Search every transcript by what was meant as well as the exact words, and filter by date, person, platform or tag. Each result opens the recording where it was said.

Ask what was agreed, who raised an issue or which calls mention a product. Argus AI answers across your transcripts and links each answer to the calls behind it.

Read the AI summary, keywords and sentiment before deciding whether to replay. Every line names its speaker, and the word being spoken is highlighted as the call plays.

Your rules check every transcript after the call, or while it happens with the Real-time add-on. A line that breaks a rule is flagged in the transcript and the alert goes to your compliance team.

Each line names who was speaking, taken from the recording itself.
Generate a summary of any call and copy it into an email or note.
After the call, and most of them live during it too, listed below.
Transcripts come from frontier AI models hosted in the EU and are stored on Microsoft Azure in the European Union, with more regions to follow.
Your recordings and transcripts are never used to train or improve AI models.
Encrypted in transit and at rest, with recordings protected by a per-customer key stored in Azure Key Vault by default.
Transcripts follow the recording's retention and legal hold.
People see only the calls their role and groups allow.
A clear chain of custody for every record, from capture to deletion.
Live transcription during the call comes with the Real-time add-on, and every recorded call is transcribed once it ends. Both run in the EU, with more regions to follow, and you set each person's languages.

Call transcription uses speech recognition to turn spoken conversations into searchable text. Argus Archive adds speaker labels, timestamps and AI summaries, so every call becomes a record your teams can search and act on.
Argus Archive transcripts are governed records, not meeting notes. They sit in a central, encrypted archive with a full audit trail, so they can be retained, controlled and replayed on demand.
75+ languages after the call, and most of them live during it too. You set each person's languages, and transcripts use them.
Yes. Each line carries its speaker and a timestamp, and clicking it plays that moment in the recording.
With the Real-time add-on, calls are transcribed as they happen, and the person on the call can follow the transcript in the Teams app. Every call gets its full transcript once it ends.
We test each model on recorded calls before we use it, and we choose the model for each language on those results. Every transcript sits beside its recording, so reviewers can check it against the audio.
Argus Archive is priced per user, per month, with usage included, and you're warned before you go over.
